Britain's leader plans to press allies to deliver Ukraine with more advanced missile systems to hit Moscow's positions during talks in London on Friday.

The prime minister will host Ukraine's leader the Ukrainian head of state alongside referred to as "coalition of the willing", including more than 20 of Ukraine's allies who have pledged to offer the Ukrainian government protection commitments once fighting stops is arranged.

The Ukrainian leader has been pleading for an extended period for more long-range weapons from allied countries, a step that Russia has stated would escalate the conflict.

Ukraine's leader is journeying from Brussels, where he held talks with European Union officials on Thursday requesting funding aid.

"The single figure involved in current hostilities who refuses to end the conflict is the Russian leader," Sir Keir remarked.

Sir Keir will also announce that a hundred extra air defence missiles will be provided to Ukraine sooner than scheduled, as outlined in a £1.6bn deal concluded between the UK and Ukraine in spring.

Ukraine's leader comes following two diplomatic wins recently: Washington's action to finally apply new measures against Russia, and European countries agreeing to fund a Ukrainian budget hole.

The Prime Minister is hoping to maintain the progress by escalating the influence on Russia to negotiate an end to the hostilities.

Britain's leader will urge delegates to increase the delivery of advanced missile technology following an effective attack on a manufacturing site in Bryansk, the Russian Federation, using UK-provided Storm Shadow missiles.

"And his horrific strikes on small children in a daycare recently show that abundantly clear," he stated further.

A pair of children were included in no fewer than seven killed in a wave of Russian strikes on the country, which targeted a nursery in the major urban center Kharkiv.

Economic Talks

Britain's leader will discuss with partner nations on approaches for withdraw Moscow's energy exports out of worldwide commerce.

They will also discuss using blocked Russian resources to provide Kyiv with economic assistance, though the proposal encountered a lack of political consensus and legal hurdles at the European meeting on the previous day.

European nations opted against agreeing a plan to use up to €140bn in frozen Russian assets to financially prop up Kyiv's finances.

Nonetheless, the participants agreed to help support Ukraine's "economic requirements" for the upcoming biennium.

The US also revealed restrictions on Wednesday against Moscow's biggest energy corporations, Rosneft Oil and Lukoil, as component of initiatives to add financial pressure on Moscow to begin hostility discussions.

Moscow launched its full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory in February 2022. Russian troops at this time occupies about 20% of Ukraine's soil, encompassing the southern Crimea peninsular Moscow took control of in the year 2014.
